If you need to add more chargers than your plan allows, you can easily upgrade to the next tier. For Pro users needing more than 10 chargers, our Enterprise team will create a custom solution that fits your needs.
How does billing work for Pay-As-You-Go?
We automatically deduct our 15% commission from each charging transaction. Your guests pay the full amount, and we transfer 85% directly to your account. No monthly invoices or surprise charges.
What payment methods do you accept from guests?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets including Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely through our payment partner.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No contracts for Free, Pay-As-You-Go, or Pro plans. All are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. Enterprise plans may have custom terms based on your requirements.
Which charging stations are compatible?
