Can I switch between plans?
Yes, any time. Upgrading to Pro is self-serve inside the app (Account Settings → Subscription) and takes effect immediately. Cancel Pro and you move to Pay-As-You-Go — your chargers and history stay exactly as they were.
How do payouts work?
Complete one short verification form (name, bank details) the first time — no separate payment-provider account to manage. After that, your share of every paid charge transfers to your bank automatically, and your Insights page shows what’s been paid and what’s owed.
How does the 15% commission work on Pay-As-You-Go?
The guest pays your full price; we deduct 15% and transfer the rest to you. No monthly invoices, no surprise fees, and every transaction’s split is visible in your reporting.
What currencies and payment methods are supported?
You price in USD, AUD, EUR or GBP — guests pay in your currency and their bank converts, like any purchase abroad. Guests can pay with all major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay through secure hosted checkout.
Do guests get receipts?
Automatically — a branded, itemised receipt is emailed the moment a payment or end-of-stay settlement completes. You get a monthly statement of your own.
Which charging stations are compatible?
Any OCPP-compatible charger, on OCPP 1.6 or 2.0.1 — that covers most major manufacturers. Check our charger database or ask us about your model.
Do I need new hardware?
No. Guest Charge manages the charger you already own. If it speaks OCPP, it works.
Is there a contract?
No contracts on Free, Pay-As-You-Go or Pro — all month-to-month, cancel any time. Enterprise terms are agreed with you.
