Control guest access
$0 / month
- Connect 1 OCPP-compatible charger? Most smart home chargers speak OCPP. Check yours against our charger database first.
- Stay-based scheduling & availability windows?Set the dates and hours the charger is available. It switches on for the stay and off again automatically, with nothing for you or the guest to do.
- Usage & environmental reporting?Energy delivered per charge, plus the CO2 avoided compared with running on petrol.
- In-app support?Raise a support ticket inside the app and track the reply there.
- Control chargers by URL?Each guest gets their own web link, or scans a QR poster on the charger, and switches it on themselves. The link stops working at checkout, so nobody else can use it. Paid plans only.
- Airbnb calendar sync?Your Airbnb bookings import automatically, so every stay gets a charging window without manual entry. Paid plans only.
- Charging payments?Charge guests per stay, per kWh or per day, taken automatically. Paid plans only.

- Airbnb calendar sync — bookings import automatically?Connect your Airbnb iCal feed and bookings import hourly, creating a charging window for each stay.
- Charge guests per stay or per kWh?A flat fee for the stay, a rate per kWh used, or a daily rate. Guests see the price before they plug in.
- Priced in your currency, tax-inclusive?Guests pay in your currency with tax included. Their own bank handles any conversion and we never add an exchange-rate markup.
- Automatic guest receipts?Every completed charge sends the guest an itemised receipt by email or text, with nothing for you to do.
- Automatic bank payouts?Your share transfers to your bank account automatically after each settled charge.
- Revenue analytics & CSV export?Revenue and energy charts by period, plus the full transaction list as a downloadable CSV.
- Monthly statements?A monthly summary of charges, commission and payouts, emailed to you.

Questions
The fine print, minus the fine print.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes, any time. Upgrading to Pro is self-serve inside the app (Account Settings → Subscription) and takes effect immediately. Cancel Pro and you move to Pay-As-You-Go — your chargers and history stay exactly as they were.
How do payouts work?
Complete one short verification form (name, bank details) the first time — no separate payment-provider account to manage. After that, your share of every paid charge transfers to your bank automatically, and your Insights page shows what’s been paid and what’s owed.
How does the 15% commission work on Pay-As-You-Go?
The guest pays your full price; we deduct 15% and transfer the rest to you. No monthly invoices, no surprise fees, and every transaction’s split is visible in your reporting.
What currencies and payment methods are supported?
You price in USD, AUD, EUR, GBP, SEK, DKK or NOK — guests pay in your currency and their bank converts, like any purchase abroad. Guests can pay with all major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay through secure hosted checkout.
Do guests get receipts?
Automatically — a branded, itemised receipt is emailed the moment a payment or end-of-stay settlement completes. You get a monthly statement of your own.
Which charging stations are compatible?
Any OCPP-compatible charger, on OCPP 1.6 or 2.0.1 — that covers most major manufacturers. Check our charger database or ask us about your model.
Do I need new hardware?
No. Guest Charge manages the charger you already own. If it speaks OCPP, it works.
Is there a contract?
No contracts on Free, Pay-As-You-Go or Pro — all month-to-month, cancel any time. Enterprise is billed annually on terms agreed with you.
