Access & control
Private links, printed QR posters, zero guest friction.
Every stay gets its own secure, expiring link. Guests open it, press Start Charging, and plug in — no app to install, no account to create. For multi-charger properties, print a QR poster per charger: guests scan the bay they parked at and it’s selected automatically.

Scheduling
The charger works when you say it works.
Sessions follow the booking: access opens at check-in and closes at check-out, automatically. Layer recurring rules on top — availability windows on the charger, nightly charging hours on the stay — and let your Airbnb calendar do the data entry.

Payments
Charge for charging — priced by you, paid before power flows.
Set a fixed price per stay or a rate per kWh, in your own currency. Guests pay securely by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through hosted checkout, and the charger stays locked until they have. Per-kWh stays settle automatically at checkout for exactly the energy used.
